Munchies Return and Exchange Policy
At Munchies, we strive to provide the highest quality products and an outstanding customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be unused and in its original, unopened condition. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount unless you choose to receive a replacement product at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@munchies.com or fill out the return request form below. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item. Please note that items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. If the return is approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product, based on your preference

Always inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds are only applicable to damaged or defective items returned in accordance with this policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a replacement product is requested and approved.
